The First Subjektiv Art Event

Exhibition with “Homeostasis” work in Paris for Subjektiv Space at ArtVerse Gallery Paris in collaboration with The Sandbox Game.

Homeostasis, from the Greek words for "same" and "steady," refers to any process that living things use to actively maintain fairly stable conditions necessary for survival.

Each spinning circle represents a certain state - either emotional, physical or mental. All states fluctuate but eventually come back to normal. The only thing constant is the beating heart at the center of the piece.

The piece represents the maintenance of relatively constant internal conditions whilst adjusting to constantly changing external circumstances.
