Phytoharmonic Archive, 2026
Phytoharmonic Archive is an evolving sculptural installation composed of biomorphic ceramic forms developed through a unique glazing technique. Continuing the project initiated in 2025, each form functions as a vessel of memory—an organic server housing embedded flash drives that store audio files derived from plants.
These sounds are recorded using bioelectrical sensors that translate the subtle impulses of plant life into audible frequencies. As the project develops, new recordings are continuously added to the archive, expanding its collection of vegetal voices across different plants and environments.
Viewers are invited to physically connect to the sculptures and access this growing archive—fragile, fluctuating, and entirely real. By merging handmade materiality with digital infrastructure, Nasirli creates an intimate system of interspecies communication that evolves alongside the living organisms from which it originates.
The 2026 iteration expands Phytoharmonic Archive as a living and accumulating system, proposing a speculative future in which plants are no longer passive subjects of observation but active narrators of their own invisible worlds.
